Frost Valley summer staff are well trained in the inclusion of campers with disabilities and how to work with individuals that come through their Mainstreaming at Camp (MAC) Program. They do not provide all staff with a training specific to inclusion and disabilities, but incorporate it within other parts of their training.

Although Frost Valley does not have a designated ADA Coordinator, their are staff within each program area capable of answering questions regarding ADA and programmatic accessibility.

Frost Valley reaches out to summer camp and year round families in addition to their partnership organization, YAI, to consult on agency planning in regards to supporting individuals with disabilities.

Frost Valley has a Diversity and Inclusion Committee that actively meets to discuss how they can better serve diverse populations.
