An accessibility information map is available that provides information on the accessibility of zoo grounds and exhbits including: rought terrain, assisted listening devices for certain exhibits, etc.

Guests who have service animals that accompany then may bring them into the zoo, provided that the animals remain properly leashed. Guests are solely responsible for the care and control of their service animal.
