DART bus #39 stops on N. Saint Paul St.on the southwest end of the park. The bus has a wheelchair lift. M-line Trolley stops on N. Saint Paul St. on the southwest end of the park and also on N. Olive St. in the middle of the park.

The park is not fenced in and open all around. The ground is level, with a maximum slope at 3%. There are paved paths, and stable dirt paths around the park and grass in the center. Overall the park uses universal design to ensure accessibility.

Public restroom is located in the center of the park at the large silver building. Signage is also silver so it may be hard to see. There is a large "M" for the men's restroom and a large "W" for the women's restroom, each letter has braille below it. Pictures are not used in signage. There is no family restroom at this location. The restrooms contain 3 standard stalls and one accessible stall.

Klyde Warren park is a 5-acre park that consists of concrete and stable dirt paths that run parallel around the park and a large grassy field in the center of the park. There is a small enclosed dog park on the northeast side of the park, and a small, enclosed play area on the southwest side of the park. Olive street runs through the middle of the park, and a crosswalk is available for walking from one side to the other.
