DIG board (diversity inclusion and Globalization) that work with individual branches to pursue inclusive practices. Summer staff training has more of a focus on inclusion. The Outdoor Education staff training includes a lot of briefing on differently abled students who visit with their schools.

During the summer months YMCA Storer Camps host Camp Catch a Rainbow. A summer camp opportunity for children who are being treated for cancer or in remission of cancer. A nursing coordinator assess all campers health files prior to their visit at camp as well as train all medical volunteers. One medical volunteer is assigned to each cabin. These volunteers pass out medications and deal with any first aid issues for the campers staying in their cabins. A Pediatric Physician is also provided at camp that oversees all administration of medications.

YMCA Storer Camps provides tours to ensure that camp is accessible for all the child or guests who might come and visit. Camp will also try anything safe to include participants.
