The primary mission of the committee is to ensure that Sperr Memorial Park continues to serve as a tribute to A.J. Sperr, and reflect his passion for family and nature. All donations are secured through the New York State Trooper Foundation and are used to meet those goals. The committee holds two formal meetings each year, in addition to frequent communication throughout the year.
