The Eldersburg Branch Library is a public library and a branch under the Carroll County Public Library that has many amenities including: a drive-Up Window (return items, pick up holds and pay fines), free Wi-Fi access, public Internet computers, children's learning games, Exploration Point!, copy machine, Passport Services, scan documents to email, public fax machine, book drop open 24/7, pay County tax bills and community programs.
