Summary
Joseph T. St. Lawrence Center is a community center located in Rockland County, NY. The community center provides programs that available to everyone regardless of skills or abilities. While there are many programs provided by the community center itself, there are many different programs hosted by the community (e.g., community carnivals, Halloween parties, birthday parties). The sports complex is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 10pm. On Saturday it is opened from 8am to 10pm. Also, on Sunday it is opened from 8am to 9pm. For Inclement Weather, JTS Center will open at 9am when the Suffern School District has a delay or closing.
The JTS Center offers a two 5-week sessions of a recreational introduction to basic sports and skills. This is a peewee sports group. The first 25 minutes of each class will consist of skills and drills. The last 20 minutes are used for a game. There is also a peewee play group. This program is designed for 2-4 year old children along with parents to participate in a variety of different developmental activities. From the bounce house, balance beams, bouncy balls, mat activities and more, your child will develop social skills, balance and coordination to prepare them for kindergarten.
