Summary

Banker Orchards is a family-focused functional farm and petting zoo that allows for the inclusion of all age groups to partake in hosted events and the hand-picking of pumpkins and apples. The farm allows for hayrides, and hosts annual events geared towards families. There is also an onsite farmers market which possesses bakery goods, as well as gift shop like merchandise. The orchard is composed of two main components - the parking lot and event area and the crop area. The event area hosts a small playground with a sand pit, the petting zoo, and animal feed area, as well as the main building that hosts the gift shop, where there is little room for escape for sensory overload (though with the parking lot being no more then a few feet away it is easy to separate oneself to the refuge of a vehicle). The orchards are systematically lined trees with grass, and packed ground which may be difficult for wheel chair accessibility, though the pumpkin patch is easier to navigate.
