Comments regarding this exhibit area:
Another flight simulator, this time for point of view from Lindbergh's own Spirit of St. Louis! Many life size models of early planes and an accessible area to watch the short film on this time period in aviation

Comments regarding this exhibit area:
This is one of the newer exhibits, located on the 3rd floor adjacent to the wheelchair entrance of the domed theatre. It is easily accessible via the elevator. Limited visibility; most items are above 48 inches. Area overlooks the lobby, which gets the viewer a closer look at the planes suspended from the ceiling in that space.

Comments

There were a few more exhibits on the main floor that I didn't assess. They were connected to the chronology in the history of aviation timeline, including Long Island's connection to the moon landing and an up close look at a lunar module like that used in the first moon landing.
