It is easier to implement accessibility developments in their Sweden base, which they have done. In Nepal, for people with physical or mental differences, their priority is being able to leave their home or their village, or to attend school. However, they are looking into opportunities for these people to enjoy adventure sports, nonetheless.

Any additional administrative practices you noted at the agency that are not listed above that you feel are helpful to people with disabilities and their families:
The culture around people with physical and mental differences in Nepal is much different than other parts of the world. Like mentioned above, the priority is being able to leave their villages or attend school. Participating in adventure sports is secondary. However, after having developed its inclusivity practices in Sweden, RBC would love to implement some in Nepal.
