The 168th Street Subway Station provides access to the A, C and 1 trains. The A and C trains are accessible while the 1 train is not. The elevator to access the A and C trains from street level is on the southeast corner of St Nicholas Avenue and 168th street. Buses that service this area and are accessible are M2, M3, M5, M100 and Bx7.

There are three entrances that may be used to enter the park. While the North and South entrances are accessible to the park, the West entrance is not due to a slight incongruency between the sidewalk height and the park pathway height.
