The Recreation Specialists do not work in all facilities. They will be called when needed to come to a specific recreation center. Recreation Specialists are not always in the building.

The supervisor of the recreation center will contact a Recreation Specialist and the parents to work together with a program to assist in facilitation of sports and recreation.

The website is found on the City of San Diego website and provides very basic information about the recreation center, however there is a link to a calendar of events for the year.

The recreation center has the class leaders meet with the supervisors and managers and are always trying to improve the classes and activities people attend.

The facility is open until 9 pm most days of the week, however the upper management leave earlier in the day so if interested in speaking with a administrative person, recommend going in morning.
