The director commented, "We discuss that the library serves a wide variety of individuals and that all are to be treated equally and accommodated to the best of our ability. We stress that everyone's on a spectrum of ability and disability for different traits and not to judge and to be inclusive. Staff are made aware of someone on our staff who knows ASL. We have lots of patrons with obvious physical disabilities, but what really concerns us are those with not obvious disabilities and what we do for them. We've also launched a home delivery service for the homebound."
