The staff has no formal inclusion training. The staff is young, most under the age of 21 and do their best to assist everyone that comes in.

The agency is two fold. There is an owner of the facility that is responsible for certain aspects of the facility and then the company that rents the facility from the owner is responsible for other aspects. There are budgetary constraints that bind each party and progress is slow towards inclusion and accessibility as a result.

The website is very hard to navigate as its platform is typically one used for the administration of a competitive swim team. The website experiences frequent technical difficulties and is not meant for the layman.
