The agency is currently developing a staff training which focuses on disability awareness and inclusive programming that utilizes best practices in the field of inclusive recreation.

They often pursue open dialogue with the parents of the children being served to formulate a better understanding of their individual needs and how they can meet them.
Their President, Bob Monahan, has family members with I/DD which has given him an awareness that has been beneficial to the inclusion progress the GRYC is making.
