Any additional information about physical accessibility you feel would be helpful to people with disabilities and their families

Due to structural limitations the building isn't very wheelchair user friendly. However, the staff and management are very friendly and helpful. I was told that occasionally a person using a wheelchairs comes to the facility and when they do the staff provides a helping hand when needed. only one bathroom in the facility is fully accessible and it's located in the cafe area. Management is looking at ways they can improve usability and accessibility.
