Mission and vision does not explicitly state anything about inclusion or working with people with disabilities. Agency seeks to work with people with disabilities and community groups. Agency currently works with the Disabilities Inclusiveness Resource Group and aims to work with them to open up more opportunities. Besides the climbing wall and the ropes courses the agency provides minimal programs that are accessible due to a lack in adaptive equipment. The agency is also looking for input and new perspectives on how to make the more programs accessible.

Cornell Team & Leadership Center is run out of Cornell Outdoor Education's office. Cornell Team & Leadership Center offers challenge course activities over at Hoffman Challenge course and Cornell Outdoor Education mainly serves to the students, but the Lindseth Climbing Wall is open to the public (Check the hours online)
