The public library works with many organizations that promote inclusivity and help find strategies to make the library more accessible. Through these suggestions, they are able to incorporate useful tools for people with disabilities. For example, the Youth Services Department added a sensory focused story time to the regular story time sessions. Story time is open to the public for local children to attend. The new accessible sessions include sensory objects the children can play with to help them focus and relax.
