Summary

According to the agency website: "Located in Chenango Valley State Park in scenic Broome County, the original 9-hole course, known as Riverside Golf Course, was designed by engineer James Evans and landscape architect Laurie Cox and constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. In 1967 the course was redesigned by Hal Purdy and expanded to 18 holes. It offers players many challenges from tight, irrigated tree-lined fairways to rolling terrain, undulating greens, and difficult approach shots.

The park also features swimming, cabins, camping, biking, fishing and beautiful hiking trails."
