Although they are not trained in disability awareness and inclusion, they are very aware of the importance of inclusion. They conduct their services in a way that provides an inclusive experience for all participants. They are friendly and very open to change and new ideas.

The agency is currently not involved in ongoing plans for inclusion and accessibility, but after being evaluated they realize the need for providing inclusion and accessibility. They are open to change and will keep their minds open to this process.

In this facility's case, disability is in the forms of at-risk and underprivileged youth. Their focus is on social as opposed to physical inclusion and disabilities. However, they use person first language and the website is accessible, but alternate forms of communication are not available.
