Staff are familiarized with the limitations of the facility. Staff are trained to welcome all groups and that their attitude is to accommodate everyone as much as possible and offer as many alternative activities as possible.

There is no written policy but it is verbally communicated that all service animals and motorized mobility devices are welcome. Discounts are available to non-profit groups and people working in a 1:1 setting.
