According to the agency website: "DEC's Clear Pond waterway access, picnic and camping site, completed in 2011, features an accessible path to the water's edge and designated accessible parking, along with an accessible tent camping site across the road. The campsite features a new accessible privy, a large area with a hardened surface, and an accessible picnic table with a great view of the pond.

Clear Pond is located at the end of Clear Pond Road, 2 miles off of White Hill Rd. The intersection is approximately 10 miles north of the hamlet of Stark and 5.5 miles south of the hamlet of Parishville."
