There is a 14% slope at the edge of the parking lot which may be difficult to traverse in a wheelchair without assistance. Also, the pavement has multiple minor potholes and loose rocks.

At the time of this assessment, there was a pump-type bottle of hand soap on the sink, and a roll of paper towels on a small table, roughly 18 inches high.
