Comments/additional information about agency staff:
No additional inclusion training is provided, and the agency does not feel the need to add any, as the manager feels that Ideal Lanes staff members know the appropriate way to act. The assessor did provide information to the agency regarding the benefits of incorporating disability awareness and inclusion training into staff training.

Comments/additional information about agency communication and marketing:
This agency does not do much marketing since their main clientele are locals that have been coming for a long time. They do not have any brochures or signs and they do have a very basic website. The manager did mention that they have a commercial running on three local channels with advertisements, but that was all. No Braille, pictorial, sign language, or other languages are currently available for any signs.

The agency prides itself on being inclusive in their pricing structure. They stress fair prices and are aware of our current economic hard times, therefore they offer various deal on different days of the week to appeal to this need. They welcome all groups with open arms and are there to offer assistance whenever needed.
