Staff are trained quarterly. If an aid or family members assists a member, they are not charged a fee. However, if they begin to use the equipment themselves, they are asked to pay a fee. Membership is $15 a month. Agency educates members on how insurance can help pay for membership fees. Facility is also working to establish a youth scholarship program.
