instructors are only hired from within the program and are trained on how to build character development and work with people of all backgrounds. Staff are aware participants come for many reasons and are very sensitive to the needs of their clients.

staff are hired within the agency and have all gone through the program. Programs are based highly on character development and positive feedback instead of negative reinforcement.
