According to the agency website: "East Bay Wildlife Management Area encompasses 38 acres north of the Sciota Road (County Route 10) in the Town of Whitehall, Washington County. It was purchased from Donald and Ann Touch in 1984 with money from the Environmental Bond Act of 1972.

According to the website, the East Boulder Community Park is located adjacent to East Boulder Community Center and the Keewaydin Meadows Park and offers several unique recreational areas. Those areas include a dog park, a pond, turf fields, and sand volleyball courts. They have RTD bus access, a bike route access, playground, multipurpose fields, a soccer field and some tennis courts. The pond allows non motorized boats that are no longer than 14 feet on the lake, but there is no swimming allowed and PFD's are required. There are also various nature play opportunities where children can see native species like geese and goslings. It is a large open area for many to enjoy.

East Boulder Community Recreation Center is one of three recreation centers available to the residents of Boulder County. Some amenities include a lap pool, leisure pool with lazy river, bubble bench and water slide, hot tub, steam room, weight room, indoor climbing/bouldering wall, double gymnasium, fitness room, dance studio, child care center, and room rentals. The recreation center also offers a variety of drop-in classes, camps (summer and school day off) and other various recreational opportunities. EXPAND, a branch of the Boulder Parks and Recreation Center facilitates various recreational activities for children, adolescents and adults with various functional differences. The staff at this facility are welcoming and willing to make any reasonable accommodations in order to ensure the needs of every individual are met. Eaton Brook Reservoir

Eaton Brook Reservoir is a small Y-shaped water body located in Madison County near the Hamlet of West Eaton. It is one of the numerous area reservoirs that was built to supply water to the Chenango Canal. The site offers a concrete ramp, a small boating pier and parking for 13 cars and trailers. Eaton Brook is stocked yearly with approximately 2,000 year-old rainbow trout and 2.8 million walleye fry.

Eden Library

According to the agency website: "The Eden Library has a long tradition of community involvement. In 1911 a group of public-spirited Eden women organized this library and sought contributions to fund it. Many of those women were members of Eden’s Up To Date Club, a women’s study club which is still in existence. The original group of women raised $155 and rented space in a small photograph gallery to start a library; the rent was $4 per month. The collection consisted of 726 volumes, which had been donated for the lending library, and it was staffed by volunteers. There was no heat in this first library building and the volunteer librarians worked in their coats and gloves during the winter months.

Both waterways are known for excellent bass fishing and are ideal for canoes or rowboats. As it is small and secluded, the park is a perfect place to get away from it all. Thirty-eight campsites are available, as are a picnic area and pavilion.

The Elk Lake Aquatic Center is a small indoor pool that invites both the school district attendees, as well as the greater community, to participate in a variety of recreation opportunities. The facility is connected to the school district, located in rural northeastern Pennsylvania, and does not function as its own agency, yet has a dual identity as both a school and public center. The pool is used by physical education classes throughout the school year, along with the swimming and diving teams. When the school is not utilizing the facility, the public is invited in for open swim sessions, swim lessons, water aerobics classes, and rentals.
