You step up onto a platform working your lower body such as glutes and quadriceps.
Back Leg Lift

You hold onto the handle bars and lift legs up. The muscle groups used are the hamstrings.
Incline Body Curl

You lay down on platform provided lifting legs half way up working your abdominals.
Beam Jump

Jump side to side down the length of the beam. This works the quadriceps, calves, and hamstrings.
Ladder Cross

Hold onto bars and grip bar in front of you to get all the way across. Muscle groups used are the forearms, biceps, deltoids, and the latissimus dorsi.
